About us

Dr. Stephanie Lyon completed her PhD in Botany in 2014 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the lab of Dr. Thomas Givnish. Her dissertation focused on molecular systematics, biogeography, and mycorrhizal relationships in the Acianthinae--particularly on the genus Corybas. She has collected in Australia, Papua New Guinea, peninsular Malaysia, Borneo, Java, and Taiwan. She is currently a visiting scholar at the Ohio State Museum of Biological Diversity and lectures for Ohio Wesleyan University and the Ohio State University Center for Life Sciences Education.
