SUMMARY
Plant: Small, up to 5 cm high terrestrial.
Tuber: not seen.
Stem: 15 - 27.5 mm long, terete, glabrous.
Cataphyll: tubular, 7 - 8.5 mm long, subulate-acuminate, 1-nerved, glabrous.
Leaves: ovate, 17 - 22 by 12.5 - 17.5 mm, very shortly acuminate, base cordate but cuneate at very base, midrib grooved above in basal part only, prominent below along entire length, basal nerves 2 on either side of midrib, suprabasal nerves slightly prominent above, rounded below, margin wavy.
Pedicel: 1.4 mm long, glabrous.
Bract linear: 1mm long, filiform in apical part, glabrous.
Ovary: curved- fusiform, about 5 mm long, 6-grooved.
Median sepal: white with a red spot dorsally, cuneate-spathulate, 24.5 by 10 mm, rounded, boatshaped, margin of hood crenulate-repandous, claw 3-nerved, hood 7-nerved, glabrous.
Lateral sepals: linear, boatshaped, 6.7 by 0.8 mm, filiform in apical part, oblique and widened in basal part.
Lateral petals: from an oblique, suboblong basal part subabruptly narrowed and linear in apical part, 6.3 by 0.8 mm.
Lip: white, with a yellow spot on inside, from an erect, ventrally inflated basal part, abruptly curving downward and spreading into a widely elliptic limb, 19 by 15 mm large. 3-nerved at base, 7-nerved near margin, margin irregularly and coarsely fimbriate, on inside puberulous in a narrow band around base of boss, the latter transversely rotundate
Spurs: conoid, 1.5 - 2 mm long.
Capsule: not seen.
