SUMMARY
Plant: Small, up to 2.5 cm high terrestrial.
Tuber: subglobose, 3 mm across.
Stem: 11 mm long.
Cataphyll: tubular, 5 mm long, long subulate-acuminate.
Leaves: green with silvery nervation, cordate, 11 - 15 by 8 - 8.5 mm, acuminate, median rib slightly grooved above, prominent below mainly in basal part, basal nerves 2 on either side of midrib, inner one reaching tip of limb, outer reaching about halfway, looping towards inner nerve, suprabasal nerves 3 or 4 on either side of midrib, connate to inner basal nerve; pellucid lenticels none.
Pedicel: not known
Bract: linear but subulate in apical part, 3.5 - 5 mm long.
Ovary: narrowly cylindric, 2.7 - 3.5 mm long, 6-grooved.
Median sepal: white, 16 - 18 by 6 - 7.5 mm, from an oblong basal part gradually widening and hood like curved in apical part, margin only at tip sparsely finely crenulate, 3-nerved on claw, 7-nerved on hood and all nerves crested on outside of hood only, glabrous.
Lateral sepals: linear-subulate, 1.5 - 2.3 mm long.
Lateral petals: subequal to lateral sepals but wider at base, 3 - 6 mm long.
Lip: blackish purple with white boss, from an about 5 mm long tubular part abruptly curving downward and spreading into a subreniform limb, 6 - 8 mm across, margin coarsely fimbriate mainly in apical part, the fimbriae increasing in size towards tip, tube 3-nerved at base, limb about 20-nerved near margin
Boss: white, boss broadly conoid, 1.5-2 mm high
Spurs: transversely spreading, conoid, 1 - 3 mm long.
Capsule: not seen.
