SUMMARY
Plant: terrestrial, erect, 5-6.5 cm high
Tuber: small, roundish, 5 mm in diameter
Cataphyll: above the middle of the stem, sub-tubular, thin, briefly open above with acuminate apex
Leaf: almost sessile, broadly ovate, with cordate, clasping base, at apex abruptly shortly acuminate, glabrous on both sides, the nerves strongly reticulate, 8.5-12.5 mm long, 10-10.5 mm wide
Bract: erect-spreading, linear-lanceolate, barely exceeding the ovary
Ovary: 4 mm long
Flower: singular, terminal, large
Dorsal sepal: erect, hooded, spatulate, rounded abruptly, apiculate, 5-7-nerved, thin, smooth, 14 mm long and 7 mm wide
Lateral sepals: linear-subulate, slightly one-nerved, smooth, 8.5 mm long, 1.5 mm wide above the base
Lateral petals: linear-subulate, slightly one-nerved, smooth, 8.5 mm long, 1.5 mm wide above the base
Labellum: erect, in the middle recurved, wrapping around column, obovate, apex rounded and notched but entire, 9-nerved, blade with a single boss, at the bottom of the column with large thickening, 10 mm long and expanding to 8 mm broad
Boss: semi-round and slightly fleshy, upright
Spurs: hanging down, horn-shaped, 3.5 mm long
Column: including anthers 2.5 mm high
